Publish & embed

Studio gives each AI its own chat page and lets you embed it on your website. Publishing, embedding, lead capture and insights are Pro and up.

Publish a chat page

In Studio, open an AI and press Publish. You get a shareable page at /c/your-slug.

  • Share the link with anyone. No sign-in is needed to chat.
  • Unpublish anytime. The link is reserved for when you republish.

Embed on your site

On the Overview tab, copy the script snippet and paste it just before </body>.

A branded chat bubble appears in the bottom-right of your site.

Configure the experience

On the Configure tab you control how the chat looks and behaves:

  • A welcome message shown when someone opens the chat.
  • A persona and instructions that set the tone and scope.
  • "Answer only from knowledge", with a fallback line for questions it cannot answer.
  • Lead capture: a form that emails you each new lead.

Leads and insights

  • The Leads tab lists captured leads.
  • The Insights tab shows conversations, top questions, and lead conversion.
  • Turn on "save conversations" in Configure to collect them.

What is Business only
