Publish & embed

Studio gives each AI its own chat page and lets you add it to your website with one line. Publishing, embedding, lead capture and insights are Pro and up.

Publish a chat page

In Studio, open an AI and press Publish. You get a shareable page at /c/your-slug.

  • Share the link with anyone. No sign-in is needed to chat.
  • Unpublish anytime. The link is reserved for when you republish.
  • Gate it behind an access code (Configure tab) when it is for a specific group only.

Add it to your website

On the Overview tab, copy the snippet (it already carries your slug, key and brand colour) and paste it just before the closing </body> tag in your site's template or footer, so it appears on every page. It looks like this:

A round chat button appears in the bottom-right corner. Clicking it opens the assistant in a panel, full screen on phones. The page loads exactly as before: the script is small, loads in the background, and only fetches the chat when someone opens it. The Overview tab also has a “Copy instructions for your web developer” button that produces a one-page email with everything on this page.

Where to paste it, by platform

  • WordPressA header/footer plugin such as WPCode (Code Snippets → Header & Footer → Footer), or Appearance → Theme file editor → footer.php, before </body>.
  • WixSettings → Custom code → Add custom code → paste the line → Body - end → All pages.
  • SquarespaceSettings → Advanced → Code injection → Footer.
  • ShopifyOnline store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </body>.
  • WebflowProject settings → Custom code → Footer code.
  • Google Tag ManagerA Custom HTML tag firing on All Pages.
  • Plain HTMLBefore </body> in each page, or in the shared footer include.

Options

  • data-position="left" puts the button in the bottom-left corner.
  • data-color="#1f3b57" colours the button; the snippet fills in your brand accent.
  • Open the chat from your own button or link anywhere on the page:

  • Lock the widget to your own domains on the Overview tab, so the snippet works only on the sites you list.
  • If your site sets a Content Security Policy, allow script-src https://noetava.com and frame-src https://noetava.com.

Configure the experience

On the Configure tab you control how the chat looks and behaves:

  • A welcome message shown when someone opens the chat.
  • A persona and instructions that set the tone and scope.
  • “Answer only from knowledge”, with a fallback line for questions it cannot answer.
  • Lead capture: a form that emails you each new lead.

Leads and insights

  • The Leads tab lists captured leads.
  • The Insights tab shows conversations, top questions, and lead conversion.
  • Turn on “save conversations” in Configure to collect them.
