Privacy & your data

Your data is private to you and is never used to train shared models. You stay in control of what we hold and can export or delete it at any time.

Download your data

You can take a copy of everything we hold about you at any time.

• Open the avatar menu (top right) and go to Account.
• Choose Download my data.
• We export everything we hold as a single JSON file, covering your right of access and data portability.

Delete your account

In Account, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently erases everything we hold for you:

• Your AIs and their documents.
• Chats and captured leads.
• Published pages and custom domains.
• API keys.
• Any active subscription is cancelled.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so download your data first if you want to keep a copy.

Conversation storage

Each published AI has a save conversations toggle. When you turn it off, nothing from that AI's visitors is stored. This lets you offer a chat experience without keeping any record of what people ask.

• Encryption of your data.
• Isolation between accounts.
• The sub-processors we rely on.
• Your rights and how to exercise them.
